Caimeiju is a platform that allows U.S. real estate agents to market their properties to the exploding Chinese market. Chinese buyers are playing an increasingly large role in purchasing U.S. luxury real estate. All of my listings over $1M are translated into Chinese by professional linguists, making our properties and company information searchable in China. Our listings are then shared through Chinese social media, real estate, and video sharing websites, and can be found on top Chinese local search engines like Baidu, Google China, Bing.CN, and Yahoo Taiwan with top Chinese keywords. This is an exciting new addition to my International Marketing Program that enables me to be fully represented in Asian markets.
